My name is Phil Brahm and I am currently pursing a degree in journalism at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri.
Currently, I am a staff reporter for the university's student-run newspaper as well as a contributer to their online publication as well. Covering women's soccer and men's basketball, my writing foucs lies in sports, but I have alot been published under other sections duing my time at LU.
Prior to coming to St. Charles, I attended the College of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois, where I was a section editor as well as the edtior-in-chief for the institution's student-run publication. Under my direction, the newspaper placed first in the category of general excellence at the Illinois Community College Journalism Association's annual contest; a first-time award for the publication.
In addition to writing, I am an avid photographer who has been published in several publications and magazines, and am studying the dicipline as well.
